Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund under reasonable conditions. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Exchange

If you have received damaged or wrong items, you are eligible for an exchange. All exchanges will be done within 15 working days. You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • the item(s) you received is different from the original order
  • the item(s) you received is damaged

In case of an exchange, you must be able to produce the content(s) that you received from us. If you fail to provide us with the item that needs to be exchanged, we will not proceed further.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and get in touch with our customer support team.

You may be required to share images of the product. Upon verification, the customer care executive will guide you through the next steps.

In most cases, one of our delivery partners will visit the original delivery address to collect the item(s) that need to be exchanged. They will verify the items and hand over the fresh item(s) to you.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within one (1) day or 24 hours of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • the item(s) you received is damaged
